2. All-Inclusive Pricing
The price you see on our store (e.g., ₹8,500 for the Manual Embossing Machine) is an All-Inclusive Service Fee.
This single price covers the following:
Product Cost: The actual price from the manufacturer.
Quality Inspection: Checking the machine's performance before dispatch.
Logistics & Shipping: Door-to-door delivery to your address.
Service Commission: Our professional fee for managing the entire procurement process.
3. Our Responsibility
As your agent, we take full responsibility for ensuring that the product sourced matches the quality and specifications described on our platform.
We manage all communication with the factory and oversee the logistics to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.
Customer may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.
